Kindly include the file you are working with so we can test it on our end. I am now thinking that maybe it was something that got installed with WIndows 10 which might have served as a connection. There was a new printer in there which just appeared, and I deleted it. If the issue still persists, please open a support ticket here. Just after the upgrade to Windows 10, I was cleaning out my printers, getting rid of ones that I dont use any more. ![]() ![]() When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 10 using the link I have provided above. If that still doesn't work, please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system. If that doesn't work, Let's run a repair on your Nitro Pro 10 installation. Some users have requested such a feature. The Merge PDF and the Images to PDF tool have now received an option to create bookmarks based on file names. Toolbox: Create bookmarks based on file names.
